Hans Gildenhuys worked at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) prior to founding IndustryMC, where he led teams delivering large scale cost reductions, and climate solutions, in the oil and gas, energy and chemicals industries. Prior to BCG he held senior roles in strategy, business planning and operations analyses at Chevon (Corporate and two refineries), Sasol Chemicals and Worley Consulting. Hans holds honors degrees in Chemical Engineering, and Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law.
